You may request a return for most items purchased from OROZONE.IN within 1 - 3 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any included accessories or manuals.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

     o Final sale or clearance items.

     o      Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards, it may be sent back to you at your cost, and no refund will be issued.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange. The same conditions for returns apply to exchanges.


5. Damaged or Defective Items
