Section 4: Commission and Revenue Sharing

The Vendor agrees that Orozone.in will charge a 50% commission on the sale value of each CAD design sold through the platform.
The Vendor will receive the remaining payout within [30 ] days of the successful transaction.

Section 5: Rights and Responsibilities

Ownership of Designs:
- The Vendor affirms that all CAD designs uploaded to Orozone.in are original creations and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
- The Vendor retains ownership of their designs but grants Orozone.in a non-exclusive license to display and promote them on the platform.
Pricing and Licensing Terms:
- The Vendor is responsible for setting the price for their designs.
- The Vendor must clearly specify licensing terms for each design (e.g., single-use, multiple-use, or exclusive rights).
Content Standards:
- Designs must meet the quality standards set by Orozone.in.
- Orozone.in reserves the right to review and reject any designs deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.

File Availability and Readiness

The Vendor agrees to upload only those designs to Orozone.in for which the corresponding STL (Stereolithography) or 3DM (3D Modeling) file is:

Complete and Ready for Immediate Delivery:
- The Vendor must ensure that every design listed on Orozone.in has its STL or 3DM file fully prepared, error-free, and ready to be shared with customers upon purchase.
File Quality Standards:
- The files must meet industry standards for 3D jewellery design, ensuring compatibility with commonly used CAM software and 3D printing equipment.
Non-Compliance::
- Orozone.in reserves the right to remove any designs from the platform that do not meet these requirements or if the Vendor fails to deliver the file promptly upon sale.

By signing this form, the Vendor acknowledges and accepts the responsibility to upload and maintain only those designs that are delivery-ready with proper STL or 3DM files.

File Delivery Timelines

Immediate Notification:
- Upon successful carting and payment of a design by a customer, the Vendor will receive an email notification from Orozone.in with the order details.
File Delivery Timeframes:
- For orders placed between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM (IST):The Vendor must deliver the corresponding 3DM file via email to Orozone.in within a maximum of 10 minutes from the time the notification is received.
- For orders placed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM (IST):The Vendor must deliver the corresponding 3DM file via email to Orozone.in within a maximum of 12 hours from the time the notification is received.
Non-Compliance:
- Delays in delivering the 3DM file within the specified timeframe may result in penalties, including but not limited to the suspension of the Vendor’s account, removal of listed designs, or other actions as deemed appropriate by Orozone.in.
Responsibility for File Delivery:
- Vendor is solely responsible for monitoring notifications and ensuring timely delivery of the 3DM files.

By signing this agreement, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these delivery timelines.
